Flexible Options to Fit Your Summer Schedule
Enjoy our cool, peaceful studio when outdoor heat makes activity challenging. Many of our classes come in natural pairs:
- Early Birds: Tuesday/Thursday Morning Flow with Cami (7:30-8:30am)
- Mid-Morning Refresh: Mondays & Fridays (10am) or Wednesdays (9:30am)
- Evening Unwind: Tuesday Strength Training (7pm) and Thursday Hatha (7pm)
- Prenatal Focus: Monday/Wednesday (5:30pm) and Sundays (11:30am)
- Weekend Balance: Pair any weekday class with Saturday sessions (10am or 12:15pm)
Personalized Attention Guaranteed
Small class sizes allow more individualized instruction during our evening and early morning sessions - the perfect time to refine your practice with extra teacher guidance.
