We will be in training with our teacher Rod Stryker this week, but we have arranged coverage for our classes so you can still practice.  Please give our talented colleagues a try!  There is great value in learning the postures from many different perspectives.  Note we will be back in time to teach our evening classes on Wednesday and Thursday.
