Looking for something different to do on Sundays? Hang out with your friends and still make time for exercise. Yoga helps you feel happier inside your body by increasing flexibility and strength. Learn new ways to breathe, bend and be alive!

Lela Schneidman, a certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor, designed this class especially for young women and their friends. Lela has a degree in Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and has worked as a teacher and counselor for youth in wilderness and after-school programs.
