Grateful Yoga's Hatha-based classes could be described in the following ways: mindful, breath-centered, slow-flowing, alignment attentive, warm but not hot, spacious, accommodating to individual needs, meditative, carefully planned, welcoming, non-denominational, joyful, compassionate.

No Reservations for Drop-in Classes

All classes (besides Prenatal) run on a "first come, first served" basis.  You do not need to contact us beforehand to let us know that you are coming.   Doors will open 15 minutes before class starts.  We cap attendance at 16 - but that's only happened once. Come 15 minutes early and you'll definitely get a spot.  Plus, you have a chance to get settled and warm-up!
