No prior yoga experience necessary!
Class topics include: Core and pelvic floor strengthening, principles of relaxation, Yogic breathing techniques for pain-coping, building focus, vocalizing and letting go.

You can join the series part-way through at a pro-rated price or drop-in on a space-available basis.Please also note that during the summer, since classes are less full, I can allow students to mix and match Sundays and Wednesdays within the four week series period.
