Our mission is to provide education and information to our community through workshops, classes and supportive one-on-one services. We also provide referrals to trusted holistic professionals in the Chicago area.

We feel there is a profound need to provide information and resources to women along the birth continuum - to know their options and choices in services that are offered by well-established members of the birth community outside of the traditional hospital setting.

We intend to address the following questions that pregnant woman and new moms have:

  • Who are the reputable and trusted practitioners in my community to support me during pregnancy? What options exist for me?
  • Where can I find other women going through the same experience?
  • Who are trusted practitioners to support me through labor and delivery?
  • How do I get my body back after delivery?
  • Where can I find other new moms to network with and share this experience?
