Private Yoga instruction involves the same poses (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama), and relaxation and meditation techniques as any ordinary yoga class, but we use these tools with specific attention to your individual needs and abilities. This tailor-made approach allows one to slowly develop regular yoga and meditation practices, functioning as a self-support and self-maintenance tool.

We are experienced in working with individuals and small groups. This is our preferred way to teach, especially to beginners. Some benefits of one-on-one yoga instruction are:
