These gentle, relaxing yoga classes focus on the benefits of slowing down--on your yoga mat and in your life.

Each series is designed to release physical tension, creating a sense of peace and mental clarity through a combination of breath and body awareness, mindful movement, and conscious relaxation. Some of the techniques practiced will include a variety of different gentle yoga stretches, Restorative Yoga poses, guided Yoga Nidra relaxation, and meditation. No yoga or meditation experience is necessary.
