Finding Peace in the Season of Giving, a restorative yoga workshop with Eliza Hofman. The holidays present an opportunity to celebrate peace on earth, but they often bring about stresses that derail that intention. Give yourself or a friend a couple of hours to cultivate a sense of calm and contentment, using supported yoga postures, deep relaxation, and meditation. Sunday, December 12, 3-5:30pm. Para Yoga for a good cause: We are lucky to have Courtney Riley teaching all our classes from Saturday, Dec 18 through Wednesday, Dec 22. Even better, she will donate her class proceeds to the Global Alliance for Africa as part of her fundraising for a trip up Mt. Kilimanjaro. Learn more.
