- An interactive learning center for children, founded by Nick's amazing grandmother Louise Beem.
- Baker Demonstration School of Evanston
- Progressive education, pre-K through 8th grades.
Karma Yoga Donations
We have a monthly charitable giving program. Each month we designate a local charity that receives the proceeds of one of our more popular yoga classes. Additional donations are always accepted!
- Rape Victim Advocates
- Providing crisis counseling and legal advocacy to victims of sexual violence. Raised $317.
- Legal Assistance Fund of Metro Chicago
- Providing legal assistance to low-income Chicago residents. Raised $214.
- Tibet Girls' School
- Sponsoring a girls' school in rural Tibet started by Nancy Floy and Asang of Evanston's Heartwood Center.
- Women & Cancer Program
- Providing holistic services to low income women with cancer in the Chicago area through the Heartwood Center of Evanston.
lululemon athletica
We are currently ambassadors to the Evanston store. lululemon has been a wonderful addition to Evanston's yoga community since opening their store in 2008. They make high quality clothing, provide multiple opportunities for the community to take free yoga and fitness classes at the store, and have a wonderfully kind group of employees. Their business model is unique, and we are proud to partner with them.
